Engagement Session | Laura and Josh
As soon as they stepped out of their car, I knew it was going to be a fun engagement session because we were all smiling from ear to ear, plus it seemed like I was reuniting with an old friend. I’m sure it was a busy week for Josh and Laura. They are both in college so they were finishing up with finals. Fun Fact: Josh actually graduated the day before from nursing school. Way to go Josh! While I was waiting for them to arrive, I found a beautiful open field in the Conroe and thought to myself, is this private property? Oh, I sure hope we don’t get in trouble. On one side there were huge rolls of haystacks. Haystacks too big to jump on, trust me I tried but then again, I am only 5ft. #shortpeopleproblems
The field felt like it was a mile long, not knowing there is a gorgeous home community on the other side. All of the sudden, there was a couple walking their dog and told us it was open to the public. That was a huge relieve while I was jumping with excited like if I had won the lottery. The sun was setting a bit faster than we anticipated but Laura and Josh were up for anything. The cold weather and bugs didn’t stop them from having fun!
The way he lifted her up and spun her around showed how spontaneous and affectionate they are towards each other. Also, the way they made each other laugh and giggle was soooooo genuine and sweet.
Laura and Josh,
When we first met at Dolce and Café, a cute cozy coffee shop, I knew that I would have the pleasure to work with you two. I had such a goof time at your engagemrnt session. Anyone would be lucky to work with your kindness and joyful spirits. Thank you for giving me that chance to capture these moments. With that said I’m so excited to celebrate your wedding, I cannot wait for your big day!
